The Natural Fibre Company is a specialist spinning mill making yarns for regional & rare wool producers.

Based in Launceston, Cornwall we are the only mill in the country to spin both woollen & worsted yarns under the same roof & we are licensed for organic production by the Soil Association & supported by the Rural Development Programme for England and also supported by DEFRA.  We add value to fleece by blending high quality regional and rare wool with natural fibres.

We are a small business providing fibre expertise & delivering a personalised service, so you can be assured that your fibre is in very good hands. Each batch is processed entirely individually, guaranteeing that each customer only gets their own fibre returned in whatever form they have chosen.

We offer the following Services

  • Spinning and blending
  • Advice on the best options for end products
  • Discounts for larger quantities (start at 40kg)
  • Worsted and woollen spinning
  • Carded fleece, batts, felt, tops and rovings

The minimum amount for spinning is 20kg, 10kg for scour & card only.
